We want homeowners who reach Jimanyone Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Jimanyone Windows & Siding
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Still, tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please know that Jimanyone Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, handle warranty claims, or decide things on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@jimanyone.lat and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall it
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
